Open call for Valóság residency
FinnAgora, the Finnish institute of culture and science in Hungary, is organising an open call for a one month stay at the Valóság residency in Budapest in October 2025. The open call is for Finnish or Finland based researchers or students working on topics related to Hungary. The call is open to all fields of study and research.
We offer the residency stay for free. We do not offer any grant or other financial support during the residency. Depending on the applicant, the institute hopes to collaborate with local universities or research institutions to organise a panel discussion or a workshop related to the study/research topic of the student/researcher.

Application is open until 31.3.2025. To apply, please send your CV and motivational letter detailing how a month of living in Budapest would benefit your research or studies.

Information about Valóság and FinnAgora:
Valóság is a Finnish residence located in central Budapest. It was established in 2011, and has hosted hundreds of artists and researchers so far. It is possible to stay in the residence with your family. More information can be found here: http://www.valosag.fi/
