FINNOVATION: becoming visible at work - finding your professional identity as a woman

We see many high-achieving women day to day, be it at work or in industry news. Innovators who are changing the world, young professionals climbing the corporate ladder, activists, and of course, successful business women. Yet, we find that for most cases, women need to work harder than their male counterparts to get to where they are, even with the same level of skills and qualifications. 

At Finnovation, we give you tools to take you one step closer to your authentic professional identity, provide a safe place for discussing your challenges, a platform to share your thoughts and new ideas to make you more inspired.
