TASTE Finland pop-up restaurant 2023
Organized for the 10th time, this year the popular food event has a topical ecological theme. The food will be cooked with the goal of resulting in zero food waste.
There will be veggie and meat options for the main dish and a dessert available for purchase. The food will be prepared by our guest chefs from Finland, the students of Ålands Vocational High School. Åland, or Åland Islands, is an autonomous region of Finland – our chefs say they are used to utilizing all the parts of raw ingredients in their cooking, maximizing the raw food Åland has to offer to the islanders.
Hungary-based Rejiji Pince will sell wine to accompany the delicious dishes.
Lovely pastries and excellent coffee will be sold by the Nordic style bakery nor/ma.
