Finnish Film Days was organized for the sixth time 8–12 February 2017. Attendance broke records this year: nearly 1700 movie fans attended the films and the discussions with guest filmmakers and industry experts. Five of the nine movies presented attracted full house audiences and the Sound Design Workshop and the Discussion on Female Roles in Today’s Film Industry were also very popular: both side events were attended by over one hundred viewers.
FinnAgora would like to express heartfelt gratitude to the co-organisers, to the guest artists and to the audience!
Finnish Film Days has been sponsored and co-organised by Suomen elokuvasäätiö (Finnish Film Foundation), Toldi Mozi, SzimplaFilm and HTI Travel & Incentives. The Festival was one of the first events of the ”Finland 100” centenary year program in Budapest.
